Tube settler Clarifiers utilize multiple tubular channels sloped at an angle of 60° forming an extremely large settling area. Our tube clarifiers have a very shallow settling depth, significantly increasing settling efficiency. Tube settlers capture fine floc that escape the clarification zone and allow the larger floc to travel to the tank bottom. When the tube channels accumulate compacted flocs, the solids slide downward for removal.
